Partially. The X app does not let you edit URLs in its in-app browser, but its share sheet produces links you can open in a real browser — or paste into the box on the homepage. On mobile, opening the post in Safari or Chrome and adding ssave there is the fastest path.

No. Live broadcasts and audio Spaces are streaming formats, not downloadable post media. Once a live video ends, the platform sometimes publishes a regular video of it — that replay downloads like any other post.
